Global Terms & Conditions

The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our” / ”Company” individually and collectively refer to Infineural Technologies and the terms “Visitor” / ”User” refers to the users.

This page states the Terms and Conditions under which you (Visitor) may visit this website. Please read this page carefully. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions stated here, we would request you to exit this site.

The business, any of its business divisions and/or its subsidiaries reserve their respective rights to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting.

Use of Content

All logos, brands, marks, and content appearing in this site are properties either owned or used under license by the Company. The use of these properties or any other content on this site is strictly prohibited. You may not sell or modify the content or reproduce, display, or otherwise use the materials for any public or commercial purpose without written permission.

Section 2

Acceptable Website Use

(A) Security Rules

Visitors are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Website, including accessing data not intended for such user, probing system vulnerability, interfering with service via viruses/overloading, or sending unsolicited electronic mail.

(B) General Rules

Visitors may not use the Website to transmit material that encourages criminal offenses, infringes intellectual property, or is libelous, defamatory, or obscene.

Section 3

Indemnity & Liability

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers from any claims resulting from their use of the website or breach of terms.

In no event shall Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to the Company related to the cause of action.

Section 4

Project Terms

All estimates/quotes are based on our understanding of your requirements. Any changes to functionality, including micro-improvements, may incur additional costs.

• Acceptance: Acceptance of a quote (verbal, email, or payment) constitutes agreement to these terms.
• Requirements: Clients must provide clear guidelines. If details are missing, we proceed with our understanding; discrepancies later may lead to additional costs.
• Timeline: Delays at the client’s end may delay project timeframes and incur additional costs.
• Rework: Any re-work on completed tasks or changes after design approval will incur additional charges.
• Testing: Standard testing includes recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. Responsive testing is done on iPhone, Android, and iPad.
• Stalling: Projects stalled for over two months will incur administration costs of INR 6,000 / $99 per week.

Section 5

Digital Marketing & Strategy

Digital marketing packages are for a minimum 6-month period. Thereafter, you may cancel anytime with a clear one-month email notice.

• Billing is monthly, payable by the 1st of every month.
• Specific man-hours are allocated each month; unused hours do not roll over.
• Extra hours or urgent tasks will be billed separately.
• Late payments incur an administrative fee of INR 2,000 / $25.

Section 6

Annual Maintenance Plans

Maintenance packages are for a minimum 12-month period. The package is auto-renewed every year on its anniversary date.

• Includes basic hosting, email hosting, and DNS hosting where specified.
• Hours are for website maintenance and fixes, not full redesigns or major features.
• Stalling or missed payments (3+ in a year) may lead to termination and immediate billing of the remaining balance.

Section 7

Website Design & Development

We follow a structured 9-step process from scoping and mock-ups to HTML development, CMS setup, and hand-over.

• Includes up to 3-5 design modifications within the estimate.
• Full payment is required prior to transferring the website to external servers.
• Clients are responsible for regular backups once the site is live.

Section 8

Payment & Refund Terms

Prices are in INR/USD. Milestone payments must be made within 5 working days of the schedule.

• Refunds: If you cancel before work starts, we refund 75%. If work has commenced, the maximum refund is 50%. No refunds once more than 50% of work is complete.
• Late Fees: Outstanding invoices incur a 10% late fee and monthly administration charges.
• Debt Collection: Failure to pay will result in the account being referred to a debt collector at the client’s expense.

Section 9

Web Hosting & Domain Services

Hosting and Domain services are annual charges payable in advance. Failure to renew in time can lead to loss of data and services.

• Infineural is not responsible for data loss due to non-renewal or malware attacks.
• Proprietary CMS codes cannot be transferred to external hosts; a license is granted only while hosted with Infineural.
• Domain registration and renewal are the client's responsibility.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Infineural Technologies. Project-related copyrights can be transferred after full payment and sign-off.

• Copyrights do not include rights to re-sell or re-use programming codes for other projects.
• Ownership change allows for title transfer but maintains the prohibition on re-selling.
• Credits to Infineural must remain unless appearance is changed by over 50%.
