At Infineural, we believe in complete transparency. Every service we provide comes with specific details and expectations outlined in our service agreements. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects from us according to the following policy:
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please contact us via the accounts department.
Requests received later than 15 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as a cancellation for the next service period.
Refund Policy
If the product falls under "Service Category", we maintain a no-refund policy unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
- Refund is only possible if your project is not started.
- Service once delivered cannot be refunded.
