What is keyword stuffing?

Keyword stuffing is a black hat SEO technique in which a webpage is loaded with an excessive amount of keywords in an attempt to manipulate its ranking in search engine results. This is done by repeating the same keyword or phrase multiple times on a page, often in an unnatural or irrelevant manner, in an attempt to trick search engines into thinking that the page is more relevant to a certain search query than it actually is.

Keyword stuffing is considered a manipulative practice and is against the guidelines set by most major search engines, including Google. Websites that engage in keyword stuffing risk being penalized or even banned from search engine results, which can have a devastating effect on their online visibility and traffic.

In contrast, good SEO practices focus on creating high-quality, relevant, and keyword-optimized content that provides value to users. This involves using keywords in a natural and relevant manner, rather than trying to stuff them into a page unnaturally.
